Clients can track their shipments using our online tracking portal. Vision Hub Logistics is not liable for any discrepancies or delays in tracking information provided.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: Vision Hub Logistics is liable for loss or damage to goods only up to the limits specified in the service agreement.
  • Insurance: Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance for high-value shipments. Vision Hub Logistics is not responsible for insuring shipments unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation and Changes

  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel or modify their order subject to the terms specified in the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Changes: Requests for changes to shipments must be made promptly and are subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Force Majeure

Vision Hub Logistics is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information provided to us without your consent, except as required by law.
